All parcels will require a signature so please make sure that you have made arrangements to take delivery of the goods. All items will be despatched within 2 working days if in stock, or otherwise you will be notified by email of the despatch date. Delivery Costs Non Guns: UK standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) - Free UK next day delivery (order needs to be placed by midday) - £10 Europe standard delivery - £12 Rest of the World standard delivery* - £25 Guns: Guns can be sent to local firearms dealers both in the UK and internationally at cost. Prices can be confirmed based on the country of delivery. Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased from us simply return it for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the entire cost of postage on returns. A copy of your invoice and a brief description of the problem must be included with the goods which must be unused, in original condition and complete with all original packing. Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items obtained as a special order cannot be returned.
