Privacy Protection
Rob Hall Shooting Supplies Ltd, trading as the Gun Room is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not release any customer's personal details to any third parties. Any information we gather will be processed in accordance with current legal requirements.
Security Information
We will do our best to ensure the highest level of security for your on line shopping. Whenever you place an order it is fully protected using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate. This is shown by the padlock on our home page.
In accordance with PCI (payment card industry) compliance, the payment collection process is automated with no payment cards stored by or visible to the Gun Room.
Order information
Making a purchase could not be easier. The information required includes your delivery address, contact details (e-mail and tel number) and credit/debit card or paypal account. We will use the above information to process your order. If you have provided consent when placing your order, your e mail address will be used by us to periodically inform you of offers which may be relevant to your needs. Please be assured that your details are not shared with any third parties.
Prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. For purchases made by non EU residents to be delivered outside the EU, VAT (currently 20%) is deducted at checkout. You may be liable for local import duty which is your responsibility.
Please note that there is no VAT on second hand guns, regardless of country of residence.
Shipping and Returns
Delivery timescales
Delivery is usually by one of two methods: courier or Royal Mail. All parcels will require a signature, so please make sure that you have made arrangements to take delivery of the goods. All items will be despatched within 2 working days if in stock, or otherwise you will be notified by email of the despatch date.
Delivery Costs
Non Guns:
UK standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) - Free
UK next day delivery (order needs to be placed by midday) - £12
Europe standard delivery - £15
Rest of the World standard delivery - £28
Guns:
Guns can be shipped to a local firearms dealer in the UK or internationally at cost. Prices will be confirmed based on location.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased from us simply return it for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the entire cost of postage on returns. A copy of your invoice and a brief description of the problem must be included with the goods which must be unused, in original condition and complete with all original packaging/tags. Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items obtained as a special order cannot be returned.
Damaged goods must be notified to us within two days of delivery and any warranty claims will be in accordance with the manufacturers terms and conditions.
