Rob Hall Shooting Supplies is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not release any customer's information to any third parties. Any information we gather will be processed in accordance with current legal requirements.

Security Information
At Rob Hall Shooting Supplies we will do our best to ensure the highest level of security for your on line shopping. Whenever you place an order it is fully protected using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server and all credit care details are encrypted.

Order information
Making a purchase could not be easier through Rob Hall Shooting Supplies. The information we will require will include your shipping address, contact telephone numbers, e-mail and credit card details. We will use the above information to process your order. If you have provided consent when placing your order, your e mail address will be used by us to periodically inform you of offers which may be relevant to your needs. Please be assured that your details are not shared with any third parties.

Shipping and Returns

Delivery
Shipping is usually one of two methods, Parcelforce or Royal Mail. All parcels will require a signature so please make sure that you have made arrangements to take delivery of the goods. All items will be despatched the same day if in stock, or otherwise you will be notified by email of the despatch date. We will endeavour to despatch goods within 14 days of your order.

All orders incur a standard flat rate of £5 for postage and package. Overseas shipping costs are not shown and will be advised to the buyer prior to shipment.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased from us simply return it for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the entire cost of postage on returns. A copy of your invoice and a brief description of the problem must be included with the goods which must be unused, in original condition and complete with all original packing. Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items obtained as a special order for you cannot be returned.

Damaged goods must be notified to us within two days of delivery and any warranty claims will be in accordance with the manufacturers terms and conditions.
